Talent Acquisition Manager (42460)Our client is an organization in the greater Madison area looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, strong leadership skills and is adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly.The salary range for this position is $130k-150k.The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Team DevelopmentGuide, coach, and grow a team of recruiting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementEstablish clear performance expectations and support individual development through ongoing feedback and career planningCreate a scalable structure that supports evolving hiring demandsStrategic Talent PlanningDesign and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with business goals and future workforce needsCollaborate with senior leadership to anticipate hiring demands and translate business priorities into actionable recruiting plansAct as a strategic partner, offering insights on talent availability, market trends, and hiring risksWorkforce & Pipeline DevelopmentPartner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations to drive effective workforce planningBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines across a variety of roles, including professional, technical, and leadership positionsDevelop and implement early career initiatives to strengthen long-term talent pipelinesRecruitment Operations & ExcellenceOversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality candidate experienceDefine and standardize recruiting practices, service expectations, and performance metrics across the organizationSupport and coach hiring managers to improve interview effectiveness and candidate engagementEmployer Brand & Candidate ExperienceShape and strengthen the organization’s employer brand in collaboration with internal stakeholdersEnsure a compelling and consistent candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboardingData, Technology & OptimizationLeverage recruiting data and analytics to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and drive continuous improvementRegularly communicate hiring performance and insights to leadershipOversee recruiting systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems and emerging sourcing technologiesVendor & Budget ManagementManage the recruiting budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesEvaluate and oversee external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational needsThe Talent Acquisition Manager will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field required.5+ years of talent acquisition experience.Strong leadership experience with the ability to adapt and be flexible.Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.Expertise in full-cycle recruitment.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
