Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to scale the workforce from 300 to 3000 employees
Oversee recruiting leadership, manage team performance, and establish KPIs for effective recruitment processes
Partner with executives to align hiring strategies with business priorities and support workforce planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, or related People functions
Experience in fast-growth or high-change environments, managing recruiters and recruiting leaders
Proven ability to build recruiting infrastructure and design hiring strategies across multiple functions
Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent forecasting
Demonstrated capability to use recruiting data to influence business decisions
