Senior Accountant

ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, and OnDemandViet. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to support our month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit preparation across a multi-entity structure. This role works directly with the Head of Finance and requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and eager to grow.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport full month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations across multiple legal entitiesAssist in preparation of consolidated and entity-level financial statements in accordance with US GAAPSupport intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations across all entitiesAssist with borrowing base certificate preparation and daily bank reconciliationsSupport withholding tax calculations, payroll reconciliation, and royalty/revenue share reportingAssist in audit preparation — prepare workpapers and respond to PBC requestsSupport accounts receivable and accounts payable operations as neededAssist with CIP tracking and fixed asset schedulesSupport NetSuite administration including saved searches and reportingRequirements3-6 years of progressive accounting experienceMulti-entity or consolidation experience preferredAudit support experience preferredStrong knowledge of US GAAPAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelNetSuite experience strongly preferredCPA or CPA candidate preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independentlyBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldBilingual in Korean preferredAbility to work in person Monday through ThursdayBenefitsPerks & BenefitsUnlimited paid time offHealth, vision, dental, and life insurance covered for employees and partial coverage for eligible dependentsPaid sick days and holidays401(k)Catered lunch every day with varying local cuisines and a kitchen stocked with drinks and snacksFree access to various streaming media applicationsCorporate parties, team bonding events, and much more!ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000.
