Superintendent Communications

Responsibilities include:Oversee daily construction operations on assigned projectsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policiesMonitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlinesConduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specificationsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersMaintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updatesIdentify and resolve on-site issues proactively and recommend and implement corrective action.Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirementsManage material deliveries and site logisticsNeeds to be willing to travel if neededWork on calls and emergencies Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
