SMART Physician Recruiting, a nationwide agency, is working with a client in New Jersey seeking an Anesthesia Locum physicians coverage. Emergency Privileges available Qualifications:New Jersey licenseBC/BE Job Summary:Cases: General, B&B, Endoscopy, Ortho, Cath, IR FT Availability Only10-hour shift days, minimum of 4 days per week Monday-FridayNo Call37 Physician/ 24 CRNA Care Team ModelCases include B&B general, OB, pedsWide variety of cases including ortho, spines, and active OB practice, watchman proceduresApprox. 500 Cardiac cases including valves, aortic surgery, mitral clips and growing Cath Lab and Cardiology DepartmentNo trauma, pain or transplantsPhysicians take in-house calls and have post call day off. For example: If on call on Wednesday night, you dont come in until 6:00 PM (on Wednesday). You then leave at 7:30AM on Thursday and dont get back till Friday morning. Weekends are shared equally and are 24 hours in housePediatric trained attendings take peds call for any infant less than 1 year or cases that on call attending is not comfortable with.
