We are an international company with worldwide offices and our HQ is Vantaa, Finland.About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Area Sales Manager to grow Marioff's Industrial and Energy markets in the Midlands, UK.Your main responsibilities will be:Continue to grow the Marioff Hi-Fog brands within the UK, proactively gather new clientsRetain professional relationships with existing customersDevelop the company presence and brand awareness throughout the UKExecute and deliver on the sales strategy as agreed by the Managing and Sales DirectorReview, assess, and provide input towards additional revenue opportunities through territory realignments, and underpenetrated high potential accountsEnsure full compliance with reporting systemsMeet / exceed sales targets & KPI'sCoordinate and execute CPD presentations, participate in product launches, sales and forecasting meetingsCreating related documentation & administrative tasksTo be successful in this role you will need:At least 5 years of relevant proactive technical sales experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, confident communication abilities with fluency in English, spoken and writtenAbility to take the initiative and work independently, also in a teamWillingness to travelStrong MS Office suite skillsConsidered as an advantage:Construction / Fire Protection industry experienceSales / Business / Marketing related education & certificationsBenefits:Competitive compensationBonus schemeProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible working arrangements – mostly remote work with travel elementOur commitment to you: We offer you a dynamic and international work environment in a company with high technology products, a strong growth strategy and people who are passionate about safety.
