Finishing Operator II (2nd Shift)Location: Worcester, MA 01615Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 2nd Shift: 2 pm to 10:30 pmPay rate: $24 per hourContract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate complex CNC and computer-controlled finishing machines.Perform grinding and finishing operations from initial shaping to final product.Work to engineered specifications with high precision and close tolerances.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Experience: Technical school training or apprenticeship; minimum 4 months of CNC/finishing experience.Skills: Proficient in blueprint reading, trade math, and dimensional layout/verification.Physical: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (or >50 lbs with assistance).Environment: Comfortable working in an industrial setting near moving parts with varying temperatures and noise (PPE required).
