Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Full-Time | Hybrid Remote | San Diego, CA (North County Preferred)About This RoleSeaside Staffing is seeking a polished, proactive EA/PA to serve as the trusted right hand to a successful entrepreneur in San Diego. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote with local availability required for hands-on tasks. The split is roughly one-third executive support and two-thirds personal/household logistics. This is not a house manager or childcare position. It is a service-oriented role designed to quietly eliminate friction for a family that moves fast, values privacy, and expects things to simply be handled.Our principal is systems-based and non-chaotic. He is looking for a long-term partner who mirrors that energy: someone who takes calm, confident ownership and stays steps ahead without being asked.What You Will Be DoingExecutive Support (approx. 30%)Own the principal's calendar for a four-day workweek, including enforcing protected scheduling rules (a midday block and a full off day weekly)Attend two to three internal operational meetings per week as a representative of the principalCoordinate two to three in-person firm events annually (travel covered)Provide light operational support to the firm as neededPersonal and Household Support (approx. 70%)Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providersManage packages, returns, and routine local errands (auto servicing, e-commerce returns, etc.)Plan and monitor three to four annual family trips and three to four solo business trips end-to-end, including flights, lodging, transportation, and activitiesProvide 24/7 availability during active travelYou Are the Right Fit If You...Have a proven background as both an executive assistant and a personal assistantRespond near-immediately during business hours and by end of day on weekends, without being chasedOperate with an extreme ownership mentality: you find a way and follow through every timeUse AI tools daily as a natural part of how you workCan build or improve automated workflows (this is a strong differentiator)Are resourceful, solutions-oriented, and do not need to be told what to do twiceAre local to San Diego, ideally North CountyThis Role Is NOT a Fit If You...Are looking for a role where you wait for direction before taking actionAre not comfortable being available on evenings and weekends during travelDo not have experience supporting both the professional and personal life of a principalAre unfamiliar with travel logistics coordination or vendor managementAre not currently based in the San Diego areaTo Be ConsideredThis is a boutique, hand-selected placement.
