Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Accounts Receivable Coordinator We are looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our client's growing team in Northern Kentucky. This role plays a vital part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by supporting accurate billing, timely cash application, and effective business-to-business collections. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $25/hr. Duties: Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time in accordance with contract terms and company policies Partner with sales, customer service, and shipping teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure invoicing aligns with shipments and customer agreements Assist with daily cash application by posting customer payments, researching variances, and helping resolve unapplied or misapplied cash Support business-to-business collections efforts through professional outreach via phone and email to ensure timely payment Maintain clear and thorough documentation of customer communications, payment activity, and account status Help monitor aging reports and escalate past-due accounts as needed while maintaining strong customer relationships Assist with account reconciliations and support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing billing accuracy, cash flow, and customer experience Requirements Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit and collections, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with financial data Comfortable communicating professionally with customers and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow If you are interested in learning more, please apply now.
