Accounts Receivable Invoicing Specialist

Accounts Receivable Invoicing Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Invoicing Specialist. This role supports the accounting team with a strong focus on high-volume invoicing, invoice tracking, and customer follow-up. The position also assists with light collections efforts and serves as a backup for cash application activities. This role is temp to hire and will pay between $50K and $60K annually. Responsibilities Generate and process a high volume of customer invoices accurately and timely. Review of contracts, sales orders, and shipping documentation to ensure billing accuracy Track invoices and monitor status to ensure timely payment. Follow up with customers regarding invoice questions, discrepancies, and payment status. Resolve billing issues by coordinating with sales, customer service, and internal teams. Maintain organized invoice records and supporting documentation. Assist with light business-to-business collections through customer outreach and follow-up. Apply customer payments as backup support for cash application during absences or peak periods. Support month-end activities related to invoicing and accounts receivable. Adherent internal controls and accounting procedures Qualifications 3+ years of experience in invoicing, and Accounts Receivable Experience with high-volume or transactional billing environments Familiarity with business-to-business customer interactions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow up professionally with customers regarding billing and payments.
