DescriptionThe Program Manager in Amazon's Global Supply Chain and Transportation Procurement (GSCTP) Program Management Office (PMO), serves as a critical technical liaison and compliance specialist within GSCTP, driving vendor onboarding excellence, EDI integration oversight, and strategic automation initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical coordination with strategic project leadership to ensure seamless supplier integration, regulatory compliance, and process optimization across global supply chain operations.Key job responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end vendor onboarding including Payee Central setup, due diligence, and compliance verification across multiple geographies. Conduct audits and implement scalable compliance frameworks.- Manage EDI integration initiatives with Tech teams, tracking technical requests to ensure timely milestone delivery. Act as liaison between technical teams and suppliers, translating requirements and driving alignment on deliverables.- Lead high-impact projects that drive organizational capability and compliance excellence. Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver initiatives that mitigate risk and enhance operational effectiveness.- Participate in automation and efficiency initiatives. Contribute to AI tool development that streamlines GSCTP scope, identify automation opportunities, and drive adoption of innovative technologies.- Partner with Legal, Tax, Amazon Infosec, Controllership, TFS, ShipTech, and procurement teams to ensure seamless vendor integration and compliance through collaborative problem-solving.A day in the lifeCoordinate with ShipTech and IVT on EDI integration milestones, tracking technical requests and resolving supplier blockers. Conduct compliance audits for new vendor onboarding, verifying Payee Central configurations and Sox requirements. Collaborate with Manifest team and Controllership to troubleshoot charge code issues affecting payment timelines. Advance strategic project work including automation initiatives, AI solution development, and process optimization across GSCTP scope. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Infosec, TFS) to align on deliverables, escalate critical issues, and ensure seamless vendor integration across the portfolio.About the teamThe GSCTP Program Management Office is at the heart of Amazon's efforts to maintain operational excellence across its global supply chain. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
