SAP Program ManagerCorona, CA - Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite or travel to Corona every alternate week and work 1 week (5 days) onsite.Fulltime permComp: $180-185k BaseNo Sponsorship or C2C. Experience: Minimum 12 Years. Maximum Experience: 18 Years.Description:• Project Management Experience – Should have at least 12+ years' experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing.• SAP Background – Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM role and SCM.• Project Ownership: Should own end to end delivery of the project & should be ready to roll up the sleeves when needed.• Project Oversight during execution phase: Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live support• Customer support: Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion. Lead steering committee meeting with customer.• Service quality: Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capability• Program governance: Establishing effective program governance for each account• Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers.• Escalation management: Managing escalations and customer communications• Reporting: Ensuring weekly status reports and conducting internal governance meetings.• Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes• Maintain healthy profitability of account considering sold versus delivered margins• Mentor Project Managers
