Sales Operations Manager
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for their Enterprise Sales organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior sales leadership to optimize Enterprise Sales processes for efficiency and growth
Lead cross-functional programs to improve sales outcomes through process redesign and tooling enhancements
Develop operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to implement solutionsRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive improvements in sales workflows
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com, along with familiarity with sales tech stack tools
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA preferred
Experience in Salesforce Administration is a plus but not required
