Lead initiatives to improve Salesforce data quality, standardize reporting, and ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing the platform
Partner closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Sales Operations team to reinforce sales process governance
Drive projects that improve seller effectiveness through standardized lists, reports, views, and cleaner workflow visibility in Salesforce
Support territory updates, account reassignments, and Salesforce ownership changes by providing reporting insights
Lead and run recurring monthly sales meetings with Sales Leadership
Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving Salesforce reporting accuracy
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related field
Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise
Strong forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting experience
Proven ability to support executive decision-making through data insights
Strong cross-functional project management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
Experience supporting territory planning, segmentation, and sales performance analysis
High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness
