Marketing AssociateSuperDial is building AI-powered automation to fix broken workflows in healthcare revenue cycle management. We partner with fast-growing healthcare organizations to eliminate manual processes, accelerate cash flow, and free up teams to focus on higher-impact work. We're early, ambitious, and execution-focused. We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Associate to own our marketing operations engine, including HubSpot lifecycle marketing, sales enablement support, and event coordination. About the RoleOwn HubSpot marketing operations including segmentation, workflows, newsletters, and campaign execution Partner with Sales to support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and enablement materials Create, update, and QA external-facing collateral and sales assets Coordinate conferences and field marketing efforts, including presentations and supporting materials Manage freelance designers and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables Improve marketing processes to increase speed and scalability About You2+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, or sales enablement Strong hands-on HubSpot experience Highly organized with strong project management skills Strong written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment Nice to Have:B2B SaaS or healthcare experience Experience supporting events Basic design sensibility Why SuperDial? Join us and help shape the future of AI in healthcare! The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$115,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit.
