Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Lead project teams and provide guidance to achieve project objectives efficiently.Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:10 years of Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, up to $20M.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management tools.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Ability to analyze and solve problems proactively and efficiently.Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in the property industry.
