Role Description Camfred Construction is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress to ensure milestones are met, addressing risks and issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additional tasks include quality control, managing contractor and vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and preparing reports for stakeholders. The Project Manager will also take the lead in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Qualifications Project Management and Leadership skills, including team coordination, task prioritization, and managing project timelinesConstruction and Engineering knowledge, with expertise in scope, budget, and risk analysis and familiarity with construction methods, materials, and codesStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team membersProblem-solving and Decision-making capabilities to address project challenges and provide well-thought-out solutionsProficiency in Project Management Software and tools (such as MS Project or Procore) and an understanding of industry best practicesProven experience in commercial, healthcare, educational, or industrial construction projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plusAbility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment
