This role supports mission-critical public-sector programs across case management, licensing, service operations, and related workflows. The position ensures all solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy while leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable, maintainable systems.Responsibilities:Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess how platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.AI-enablement: Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.Required/Preferred Skills:Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design. (Required - 5 Years)Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments. (Required - 5 Years)Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments). (Required - 3 Years)Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
