The Program Manager – Business System Transformation is a high-impact execution role embedded within the Ralliant Business System Office (RBSO) inside the Technology & Growth organization. You will own enterprise deployment of the modernized RBS toolset across Ralliant’s operating companies — taking a flagship business operating system platform from pilot through scaled rollout, sustained adoption, and measurable value realization.This is a builder’s role: codifying the deployment playbook, running the program cadence, and connecting platform capability to front-line behavior change. You will work directly with RBSO leadership, OpCo Presidents, IT, Finance, and Change partners — and you will model the AI-fluent, data-driven execution mindset this transformation demands.What You’ll Do:Program Execution & DeploymentOwn integrated program planning and phased OpCo rollout execution, from pilot graduation through hypercare and steady-state handoffCodify a repeatable, self-driven OpCo installation playbook; enable site teams to execute with minimal central liftManage risks, dependencies, governance, and external implementation partners with full accountability to scope, schedule, and budgetCross-Functional OrchestrationAlign RBSO, IT, Finance, OpCo deployment leads, and Communications across waves — ensuring no critical handoff is left to chanceTranslate platform capabilities into OpCo-facing deployment requirements and readiness gatesServe as the connective tissue between platform development, business adoption, and executive sponsorsChange Management & Value RealizationDrive structured change management: stakeholder readiness, leader enablement, end-user training, and reinforcement across all deployment wavesOwn the deployment scorecard (adoption, proficiency, outcome KPIs) and hold teams accountable to resultsPartner with Finance to track benefits realization and connect program effort to measurable value creationOperating Cadence & Executive CommunicationRun the program operating rhythm — steering committee, wave reviews, risk forums — with discipline and follow-throughPrepare leadership with insights and executive-ready materials that drive decisions, not just status updatesLeverage AI and digital tools to sharpen analysis, synthesis, and program intelligenceQualifications:Core RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
