Architecture Specialist (Fort Washington)

We're Hiring: Job Captain / Residential Architectural DesignerContract Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Fort Washington, PA (on-site)Details:We're looking for a Job Captain to manage multiple internal and external project teams, oversee design and construction initiatives, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.What You'll Do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Operations).Manage multiple project teams and outside consultants.Support design creation and evaluation of new options, styles, and details.Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Lead and engage team members, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.Contribute to creation and governance of standards and procedures.What We're Looking For:Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.Clear and concise written and verbal communication.Creative problem-solving and ability to integrate new ideas.Qualifications:Essential: Associate Degree (or equivalent), AutoCAD, Excel, Word, architectural/construction knowledge, 5+ years experience with at least 2 years in project/people management.Preferred: Bachelor of Architecture, SketchUp/BIM360 experience, residential project experience.
