JOB TITLE: Client Relationship Manager MAX PR: $48.44/hrLOCATION: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)JOB TYPE: ContractPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support institutional clients within the Futures & Options and OTC Clearing space. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling trade and position inquiries, lifecycle events, and ensuring high-quality service across global markets.This is a client-facing, high-impact role requiring strong derivatives knowledge and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as primary point of contact for clients across Futures, Options, and OTC ClearingHandle client queries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and reportingManage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issuesSupport client activities around trade lifecycle events and expiriesCoordinate client access to internal systems (e.g., Mercury portal)Maintain and update client profiles and documentationConduct regular client meetings, provide updates, and track key issuesPartner with internal teams (product, clearing, collateral) to support client needsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effortMonitor metrics and support reporting via tools like TableauRequired QualificationsStrong experience in Futures & Options and/or OTC ClearingExperience in client service / relationship management within capital marketsKnowledge of trade lifecycle, margin processes, and derivatives productsExperience with systems like GMI or similarStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, global environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with institutional clientsExperience in global markets / investment banking environmentsExposure to reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)Experience working with offshore/global teamsKey CompetenciesStrong client relationship managementProblem-solving and escalation handlingAbility to multitask and prioritizeRisk awareness and control mindsetStrategic thinking and process improvement
