This growth initiative is system-backed and focused on building a stable, long-term pediatric anesthesia division rather than filling a replacement role. As a regional referral center and Pediatric Level I Trauma Center, Golisano offers a full spectrum of pediatric surgical cases in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to tailor ones clinical focus to 100% pediatrics or a blended pediatric practice.Physicians joining this program can expect a balanced schedule with predictable OR hours, protected post-call days, and a call structure designed to support long-term sustainability.
