A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and management skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team. Experience in marketing and communication, particularly in the context of a non-profit or mission-driven organization, is highly valued.
