Join us in our mission to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.Compensation:$45,000 - $75,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their unique immigration needs and provide tailored advice.Conduct thorough consultations to gather essential information and document client stories accurately.Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all client cases are handled with precision and care.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and procedures to offer informed guidance.Facilitate communication between clients and legal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding.Prepare and review documentation to support clients' immigration applications and processes.Provide empathetic support and reassurance to clients throughout their immigration journey, building trust and confidence in our services.Qualifications:Proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse clients.Experience in conducting client consultations, ideally within the legal or immigration sector.Ability to gather and document detailed client information with accuracy and care.Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures to provide informed guidance.Proven track record of collaborating with legal teams to ensure precise case handling.Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and provide empathetic support to clients.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.About CompanyWe are a rapidly expanding immigration law firm propelled by a team that leads with compassion.
