You won’t be spending your time generating leads or searching for new business, but rather focusing on managing your clients’ cases and providing meaningful legal services.Position description: We are seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Georgia who have at least three years of family law litigation experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly. Strong writing and research skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities—including effective time management and task prioritization—are essential. Candidates must be able to accurately and consistently track their billable time. Outstanding interpersonal skills are required, as you will frequently work with emotional clients and navigate challenging interactions with opposing counsel. Professionalism is critical in every aspect of this position. Our firm uses MyCase for client and case management, Apple computers with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Dropbox.  As part of our firm’s expansion, this position is based in Gainesville, GA and requires regular court appearances throughout Hall, Dawson, Gwinnett, Forsyth, Jackson, Barrow, and surrounding counties in North Georgia.
