Sr Product Consultant - Implementations

About This PositionAs a Senior Product Consultant for implementations, you will be working with our customers managing the implementation projects. You will provide expert advisory services on business processes, Charlie's capabilities, and how best to implement Charlie to meet their business needs. You will act as a change agent and consultant for our customers. You will assess the business processes, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and execute configuration to support these plans. You will be responsible for: Establishing a trusted relationship with the customer at all levels within the organization. Identifying existing business processes, for improvement opportunities within Charlie Providing advisory on industry considerations around business process and system capabilities Preparing and working with a detailed plan to complete project activities Managing and performing configuration tasks (not coding/development) in conjunction with the customer Providing on-going support during project implementations and post-go-live support Facilitating/leading training About YouDemonstrated success managing customer-facing technology implementations with at least 3+ years of experience implementing LOS technology. Deep understanding of loan origination process with at least 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry Passion for helping customers find creative ways to solve business problems and more effectively run their business Experience in business analyst or process automation position preferred Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong project and time management skills Must be a relationship builder and team player with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels both internally and with customers Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Excellent oral and written communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What We OfferAn opportunity to change an industry Competitive benefits Responsible PTO Great team environment Wilqo, LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
