Data Quality Analyst - Salesforce3-months, will extendRemote, must be on PST only.Client request: must be USC only - I think we can convince for GC's if we find someone incredible.Would love to screen candidates today, if possible. I am free from 12pm to 3pm MT. All my other times this morning and later are booked with client meetings.We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our Customer and GTM DataStrategy for FY26. This person will support our Customer and GTM Data Strategy and will understand processes and policies that impact our data quality.The Senior Data Analyst will investigate the underlying causes of data quality rule failures and develop recommendations to enhance and expand the salesforce data quality.This individual must excel in data analysis and problem-solving and can draw insights from data and clearly communicate their findings.They must act independently and be able to own the analysis, recommendations, and impacts of assigned projects.Responsibilities:Provide best practices and guidance with respect to data quality improvementsLead smaller scale data initiatives and support strategic data initiatives by performing complex data analysis using SQL, Excel, Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics and TableauInvestigate data problems and perform deep-dive analysis to help guide recommendations: this includes having the ability to analyze third-party data against internal data to determine the potential success of data enhancement projectsProactively QA their own work to ensure quality standards and requirements are metUnderstand business processes, the flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for better data quality and effectivenessAdvanced ability tosummarize trends found in data and communicate findings from complex analysis in simple terms and slides with sound rationale for recommendationsCreate clear and unambiguous business requirements that are easily understood by all functional teams involvedDesign data management solutions and partner closely with data engineering team(s) to automate themSkills & experience:5+ years of Salesforce data analyst / analysis experienceAdvanced knowledge of Excel and similar toolsExpert in SQLSuperb communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to work across multiple time zonesAnalyze, model, and interpret dataFamiliarity with Data Quality principles
