Java Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Dallas, TX, Jersey City, NJ, or Merrimack, NHVisa: H1B Candidates OnlyNote: Valid I-797 is mandatory.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Java Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will have experience building and supporting high-volume, distributed applications, preferably within the BFSI or Brokerage domain.Required SkillsStrong hands-on expertise in AWS, including EKS, Lambda, S3, and cloud-native services.Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for developing RESTful APIs and backend services.Experience with SQL and database development.Deep knowledge of Kafka, SNS, and SQS for distributed and high-throughput messaging environments.Strong experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes/EKS.Experience with pod resiliency, auto-scaling, high availability, and fault tolerance.Strong automation and testing experience with Cucumber, JEST, JUnit, and Mockito.Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.Experience working with BFSI, Brokerage, Securities, or Financial Services data.Understanding of security data concepts such as CUSIPs, tickers, and security/reference data.Experience using AI-assisted code review or development tools is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy scalable, production-grade AWS environments using Terraform and IaC best practices.Develop high-performance Java Spring Boot APIs and backend services supporting high-volume transaction processing.Design and optimize Kafka-based streaming and messaging architectures for real-time, high-throughput systems.Work with SNS and SQS for distributed messaging and event-driven architectures.Manage and optimize AWS EKS/Kubernetes environments, focusing on resiliency, auto-scaling, and high availability.Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Cucumber, JEST, JUnit, and Mockito.Monitor application performance and system health using Datadog and Splunk.Participate in and lead code quality initiatives, peer reviews, and AI-assisted code reviews.Apply BFSI/Brokerage domain knowledge to support security data and transaction-processing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native applications.Mandatory Requirements10 + years of experienceH1B candidates onlyI-797 must be submitted along with the candidate submissionStrong hands-on experience with:AWS, Terraform, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, SNS, SQS, Kubernetes/EKS, Cucumber, JEST, Datadog, and Splunk
