Expand your search with Express!Our client is seeking a Senior Associate Accountant!Senior Associate Accountants will work collaboratively with clients in all aspects of financial and tax service based on client needs.Essential Responsibilities:Possess knowledge and understanding to leverage software tools and systems to efficiently process work while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracyMay supervise associates on assigned engagements; review associates' accounting, tax and auditing work; act as a mentor for associates to learn and grow knowledge in all aspects of public accountingProvide support and response to client requests and inquiries in a reasonable and timely fashionParticipate in ongoing education and engagement opportunities within firm and within the community to grow working knowledge and develop contacts to build possible engagementsProvide administrative duties and support as needed or assignedPerforms other duties as assignedProvides regular and reliable attendanceJob Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is requiredMaster's Degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related fieldLicense/CertificationsCPA: Must pass or be in the process to attain CPAExperience: Must have at least 3 years of experience in public accountingSuccess Factors: Ability to lead and motivate others to perform at highest level- leadership boundHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAble to work well under pressure and tight timelinesActs professionallyStrong proficiency in accounting software and technologyPositive attitudeClient focused and client oriented to build long-term relationshipsDesire to learn and growTeam playerEaston, MD240029466 Pintail DriveUnit 1Easton, MD 21601
