Quality Engineer

Our client, an automotive manufacturing company in the Holland, MI area, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team!Global manufacturer with great benefits and growth potential! This position will involve:Making sure the highest quality of parts are delivered to the customers Supporting suppliers, customers, operations and program launchesEnsuring IATF16949 compliance Internal Auditing PPAP submissionsDeveloping and managing quality systemsSupporting corrective action processesProblem solving Analysis of quality documentation Customer interaction/communicationCreating/writing quality plans and proceduresMaking sure job performance standards are metCollaborating with other departments on continuous improvement projects. Job Requirements2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience in qualityBachelor's degree in an engineering related field Fast paced, motivated personalityAbility to work overtime as neededExperience with vision systems is highly preferred
