Job Title: Healthcare Staffing Sales ExecutiveCompany: MediQuest Staffing, a Division of Kimco Staffing ServicesLocation: Southern CaliforniaJob Type: Full TimeSalary: $70k-90k plus commissionsThis role requires consistent daily prospecting and outreach to healthcare organizations to develop new client relationships.Position Summary:The Healthcare Staffing Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business development and managing client relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying healthcare organizations that need staffing support and presenting MediQuest staffing services. This position requires strong prospecting skills, the ability to build long term partnerships, and a consultative approach to selling healthcare workforce solutions.Responsibilities:Proactively identify and develop new healthcare clients within hospitals, healthcare systems, medical groups, and outpatient clinicsBuild a consistent pipeline of new clients through daily outreach and relationship buildingSchedule meetings with decision makers including HR leaders, Talent Acquisition professionals, Administrators, Procurement, and Healthcare ExecutivesConduct sales presentations that highlight MediQuest healthcare staffing and medical staffing servicesProvide pricing proposals and negotiate service agreements with new and existing clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long term partnerships and repeat businessMaintain disciplined sales activity including prospecting, follow-up, and CRM documentationCollaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements and long-term client satisfactionManage a consistent sales pipeline through CRM activity and territory planningMaintain a high level of responsiveness and service to healthcare clientsTraits That Lead to Success:Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts and asking for meetingsPersistent and resilient when prospecting and developing new relationshipsOrganized and disciplined in maintaining consistent follow-up with prospectsNaturally curious and consultative when learning about healthcare workforce challengesAbility to build credibility and trust with healthcare administrators and clinical leadersStrong listening ability and curiosity to uncover a clients workforce challenges, allowing you to tailor staffing solutions that address their specific needsQualifications:Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceTwo to three years of sales experience preferredExperience in healthcare or medical staffing sales, or business development in healthcare preferredExperience selling to hospitals, medical groups, or healthcare organizations is a plusB2B sales experience, preferably selling a serviceStrong communication and relationship building skillsHighly organized with strong time management abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to manage a sales territory independentlyComfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and networkingProficiency with CRM systems and standard business softwareCompensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary plus commission structureBase salary: $70,000 $90,000 depending on experienceUncapped commission structure based on new business development and client growthQuarterly New Client BonusesAnnual Bonus for exceeding Gross Margin targetOpportunity to grow within an established healthcare staffing organizationStrong recruiting and operational supportEstablished brand with over 50 years in the staffing industryAbout MediQuest Staffing:MediQuest Staffing, a division of Kimco Staffing Services, connects healthcare organizations with skilled professionals who support patient care and clinical operations.
