The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive advancement strategy that aligns with the institution's vision and supports its long-term priorities. This role involves serving as a key leader in shaping the philanthropic narrative, expanding philanthropic engagement, and building strong relationships with parents, alumni, trustees, and community leaders. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing the annual fund, strengthening alumni relations, and preparing the institution for future philanthropic opportunities, including capital campaigns.Candidates for the Executive Director of Advancement position at the company should have significant leadership experience in advancement or development, with a proven track record of securing major and leadership gifts. The role requires the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, partner effectively with senior leadership and boards of trustees, and utilize advancement CRM platforms to guide fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a sophisticated relationship builder, and an excellent communicator, capable of inspiring philanthropic investment and fostering a culture of relationship-driven fundraising.
