This isn’t an order-taking role. You’ll be prospecting, pitching, and closing — mostly new clients who’ve never heard of us. If you like the hunt, this is your job.What You’ll Be DoingCold calling, door knocking, and networking to generate new leadsBuilding relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial developers, and residential clientsRunning your own pipeline from first contact to signed contractAttending local networking events and industry meetups to get Silver Leaf’s name out thereFollowing up on inbound leads and referralsCollaborating with the operations team so what you sell is actually deliverableHitting monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in outside or inside sales — landscape industry is a plus but not requiredYou know how to open doors that aren’t open yetStrong communicator, in person and on the phoneSelf-managed — you don’t need someone standing over youComfortable with CRM tools to track your pipelineValid driver’s licenseCompensation$68,000 base salary3% commission on every sale you closeNo cap on commissionWhy Silver LeafWe do quality work and we stand behind it.
