This individual will play a key role in leveraging Artificial Intelligence technologies to build intelligent user interfaces, develop AI-driven scripting solutions, and support emerging AI initiatives across the organization.The ideal candidate is a deep thinker who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting disparate pieces of information, and creating practical AI-enabled solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in Python development, Microsoft Copilot technologies, and Generative AI applications.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop AI-powered applications and user interfaces utilizing modern Generative AI technologies.• Create and optimize Python-based AI scripting solutions and automation workflows.• Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance business processes and user experiences.• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop, test, and implement AI-driven solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and innovation.• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.• Evaluate and implement AI tools while aligning with organizational technology and licensing considerations.• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain AI-enabled applications and integrations.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.• 2-5 years of professional software development or AI-focused experience.• Strong Python development and scripting experience.• Experience building applications or user interfaces that leverage AI technologies.• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and concepts.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and connect complex technical concepts.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).• Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and integrations.• Familiarity with AI application architecture and prompt engineering best practices.• Experience developing AI-powered automation or workflow solutions.Additional Information• Candidates should be local to the Allentown, PA area and able to come onsite as needed.• Hybrid work environment requiring approximately 3 days onsite per week.
