The facility maintains excellent staffing ratios with 24/7 physician coverage and certified nurse midwife support, ensuring quality patient care and professional collaboration.Opportunity:Physician - OB HospitalistJob Details:• Provide 24/7 obstetric hospitalist services with comprehensive labor and delivery coverage• Work alongside certified nurse midwives in a collaborative care model• Maintain 2:1 doctor coverage ratio ensuring optimal patient care and work-life balance• Handle all aspects of inpatient obstetric care including labor management and delivery services• Provide emergency obstetric care and consultation services• Support 172 hours per week of CNM coverage within the department• Participate in multidisciplinary team approach to patient careCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
