VMI Support Representative-Contract Position

Own the Customer's InventoryEnsure parts are always available when neededPrevent stockouts and overstockManage min/max levels and demand trends2. Solve Supply Chain Problems (Daily)Late deliveries? Fix itShortages? Escalate and resolveQuality holds? Coordinate with internal teamsYou will work directly with:PurchasingWarehouseQualityCustomers3. Analyze & Drive DecisionsReview usage trends, bin activity, and forecastsAdjust inventory strategiesUse SAP + Excel to identify risks and opportunities4. Be the Face of Align to the CustomerBuild strong relationshipsLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Communicate clearly and confidently5. Support the BusinessEnsure contracts are executed correctlySupport pricing, invoicing, and supply chain alignmentHelp identify cost savings and improvements Requirements: What We're Looking For & Must-Haves:2–5+ years in:Supply chain, VMI, inside sales, or customer operationsStrong Excel skills (you can analyze, not just type)ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems fast Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years prior experience in end to end Account ManagementExtensive experience with supply chain including handling of real inventoryBig Plus:Aerospace or fastener experienceInventory or warehouse exposureCustomer-facing experienceWhat Makes You Stand Out:You take ownership — you don't waitYou solve problems — you don't escalate everythingYou think ahead — not just reactYou're comfortable holding people accountableWhat You GetCompetitive base salary + stay bonus potentialAlternative Workweek OptionWork a set 40 hour week; orWork a 9/80 schedule ?
