Fix it Shortages? Escalate and resolve Quality holds? Coordinate with internal teams You Will Work Directly WithPurchasing Warehouse Quality Customers Requirements Analyze & Drive DecisionsReview usage trends, bin activity, and forecasts Adjust inventory strategies Use SAP + Excel to identify risks and opportunities Be the Face of Align to the CustomerBuild strong relationships Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Communicate clearly and confidently Support the BusinessEnsure contracts are executed correctly Support pricing, invoicing, and supply chain alignment Help identify cost savings and improvements What We’re Looking For & Must-Haves2–5+ years in:Supply chain, VMI, inside sales, or customer operations Strong Excel skills (you can analyze, not just type) ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems fast Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years prior experience in end to end Account ManagementExtensive experience with supply chain including handling of real inventoryBig PlusAerospace or fastener experience Inventory or warehouse exposure Customer-facing experience What Makes You Stand OutYou take ownership — you don’t wait You solve problems — you don’t escalate everything You think ahead — not just react You’re comfortable holding people accountable What You GetCompetitive base salary + stay bonus potential Alternative Workweek OptionWork a set 40 hour week; or Work a 9/80 schedule ?
