Jetski Salesperson & Assistant to Service for Marina and Boat Dealer

Job Description Busy marina and boat dealership located in Eastport, NY is looking for a year-round waverunner salesperson and assistant to service department.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of marine industry is preferred but not required. The assistant position is full-time, year-round, with benefits and staff in place to support your growth.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Greet customers in person and on phone in a professional manner, directing customers to proper personnel or taking accurate messages.· Assist the service department with recording of technicians' timesheets, reviewing of open work orders, calling customers to collect outstanding balanced and schedule service pick ups, etc.· Assist with general office tasks related to sales; such as check-in boat/waverunner inventory, update listings, manage displays, ship store over the counter sales, etc.·Assist with waverunner ordering and selling.Compensation includes hourly pay rate plus commission per waverunners sold and benefits that include paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, 401K , 401K match, and bonus pay.Overtime is available during the high season.Please submit resume when you respond to this ad.
