Position: Workers’ Compensation ParalegalLocation: Rock Hill, SC (Hybrid)A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its team in Rock Hill, SC. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to support workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution, ensuring efficient case management and strong client communication.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred5+ years of workers’ compensation experience.Strong understanding of workers’ compensation claims, filings, and medical recordsExperience handling South Carolina workers’ compensation claims is requiredExperience with drafting legal documents and handling case filesAbility to manage multiple active cases efficientlyExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExperience with North Carolina workers’ compensation claims is a plusSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $90,000.
