Human Resource Manager Position OutlineSupporting Recruitment & HiringManage and coordinate the company's hiring process for office and field positions.Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with management.Develop and improve recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with the company culture.Assist with onboarding and training processes for new employees.Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.Supporting Employee Development & CultureHelp maintain and strengthen a positive, transparent, and team-oriented company culture.Plan and coordinate company events, team outings, trainings, and employee appreciation initiatives to support morale, team development, and overall company culture.Conduct employee check-ins and assist with performance review processes.Support managers with employee coaching, accountability, and professional development initiatives.Assist in creating career growth pathways and leadership development opportunities within the company.Help organize employee appreciation initiatives, company events, and team-building activities.Supporting Human Resource OperationsMaintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal compliance processes through ADP Workforce.Assist with payroll coordination, PTO tracking, and employee policy communication.Support conflict resolution and employee relations conversations when necessary.Help develop and improve company policies, procedures, and internal workflows.Ensure consistency and professionalism across internal communication and employee expectations.Supporting Organizational GrowthWork directly with the COO and leadership team on organizational planning and operational initiatives.Assist in building scalable systems and processes to support future company expansion.Analyze hiring trends, staffing needs, and workforce planning opportunities. Help improve communication and collaboration between office staff and field teams.Participate in strategic discussions regarding team structure, staffing, and company development.Benefits:Health Insurance is offered through Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan when eligible, with a 50% company contribution.Dental Insurance is offered through Delta Dental when eligible.401k plan after one year of work with a 10% company match.Paid winter holiday break. Vacation/Sick Days:As a salaried employee, we do not track time off.
