Graphics Engineer Intermediate
OverviewThe Graphics Engineer Intermediate provides graphics and design support to the U.S. Army by developing, documenting, and maintaining acquisition strategies, strategic plans, and formal program management documentation to guide capability development and modernization initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating graphics and visual elements for motion video, animations, digital media, and print products, under the guidance of senior graphics staffSupport the development of graphics materials for events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Produce illustrations, drawings, and other artwork as directed to enhance communications materialsAssist in providing photographs, charts, diagrams, maps, slides, and other visual assets for informational and briefing purposesProvide support in the preparation and presentation of awards, including tasks such as matting and framing.Assist with photography tasks related to events, conferences, and meetings, coordinating with public affairs personnel as needed.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree- Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to the position.A minimum of four years' (4) experience in the field of graphics and design is requiredAssociate's degree in Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to the position. and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the field of graphics and design.Possesses knowledge of multiple PC and Macintosh application packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and drawing packages.Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.Secret ClearanceSalary Range: $105,000 - $138,000The above salary range represents a general guidline.
