Part-Time Nail Technician / Spa Nail Technician Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a talented and guest-focused Part-Time Nail Technician / Spa Nail Technician to join our Spa & Wellness team. This role provides professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and natural nail treatments while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing resort spa environment. Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Shift: Flexible / Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays as Needed Department: Spa & Wellness What You'll Do Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and natural nail treatments. Provide exceptional guest service and create a relaxing, welcoming spa experience. Consult with guests to recommend nail care treatments, services, and retail products. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization standards in accordance with Wisconsin regulations and spa policies. Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety during all nail services and treatments. Recommend and promote retail beauty and nail care products for at-home maintenance. Upsell spa services, nail enhancements, and wellness treatments when appropriate. Maintain treatment stations, tools, towels, linens, and supplies in a clean and organized manner. Stay informed on current nail care trends, techniques, and spa offerings. Support overall spa operations and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. What We're Looking For Current Wisconsin Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required. Previous nail technician, manicure, pedicure, salon, spa, beauty, or wellness experience preferred. Knowledge of nail care, sanitation, sterilization, and guest safety procedures. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to recommend and sell retail nail care and beauty products. Basic computer skills required. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands and fingers while performing nail services. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout appointments. Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive motions. Ability to handle salon tools, products, and spa supplies safely. Work Environment Professional spa and salon environment.
