OBGYN Coastal Oregon Locum TenensLocation: Astoria, OregonDuration: April 2024 - Ongoing (per your availability)Schedule: 2-4 weeks/monthShift: Mon - Fri, 8:30a-5pCall: 5-10, 24 hour call shifts (7a-7a) each monthScope: Full scope, inpatient and outpatient:-Required procedures: In Clinic: OB care, New OB visits, GYN consults, IUD placements, removals, Nexplanon placements and removals, colposcopies, LEEPs, EMB's, vulvar biopsies.-Surgical procedures: D&C, hysterectomies, C-sections, salpingectomy, hysteroscopy, OB versions. Will always have another OB for assist. Sometimes combine procedures with General Surgeon.-Transfer policy: No VBACs, No deliveries before 35 weeks. (transfer to Portland or Longview for anyone <35 weeks and can safely transport) Incoming transfers from Astoria Birth Center (CNM run birth center) for epidurals or higher level of care.Volume: Clinic patients per day: 8-15.
