Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid - Contract)

Recruiting SpecialistBroadridge is seeking a Recruiting Specialist with a focus on Emerging Talent to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring process support while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for early talent development.
Responsibilities:
Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking with a focus on Early Careers.
Oversee applicant tracking activities ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including survey coordination, event scheduling, and logistics.
Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience.
Manage relationships with universities and partner organizations to build brand awareness and create talent pipelines.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines.
Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
12 years of recruitment experience (early talent or campus recruiting strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Workday preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders.
Passion for university hiring and early-career talent development.
Salary Range: $30-$40 USD Hourly Wage
