Vendor Relations Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting day-to-day collaboration between onshore teams and offshore vendor partners in Revenue Cycle Management services, ensuring smooth onboarding, access management, and operational alignment. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore vendor partners, supporting onboarding and operations Manage user access across revenue cycle systems and assist in troubleshooting workflow issues Support training and documentation efforts to ensure process adherence and operational readinessRequired QualificationsStrong understanding of revenue cycle workflows Experience coordinating offshore or global vendor teams Familiarity with RCM systems, payer portals, or workflow tools Ability to independently identify and resolve operational issues Experience supporting RCM operations for ambulatory surgery centers or physician practices
