We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to support the growth of our brand alongside our Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical role based in our Los Angeles office, ideal for someone with experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and operations.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the company’s content calendar, coordinating with the incoming goods schedule to ensure timely marketing and promotional activities. • Manage the eCommerce administration team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Manage the business CRM tools. • Set up and post Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Tik Tok and Google Ads campaigns. • Handle the management of marketplace offers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.• Collaborate with the CEO to design long-term operational strategies that support overall business growth, efficiency, and profitability.Understand All Operations of an ecommerce business, sales & marketing, products, system, and understanding the numbers that are driving revenue in the business.Manage customer service team and post-purchase experience, including fulfillment speed, product quality, and customer service. Work to improve customer reviews, and retention rates.Partner with the marketing and sales teams to align operational capacity with sales forecasts and marketing initiatives. Collaborate on pricing strategies, product launches, and customer experience improvements.Lead efforts to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs while ensuring scalability during peak times.Implement automation tools and data-driven decision-making processes to streamline operations.Analyze and distribute daily and weekly e-commerce sales and operational reporting.
