Team Select Home Care - - Responsibilities: Help the consumer with non-medical personal care including bathing, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, shaving, and dressing; Assist with transfers and transfer devices per state regulations; Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding; Provide basic emotional support and assist with daily living activities; Accurately read and follow the Assignment/Service Plan and complete documentation for each shift/visit
