Home Health Aide (HHA)We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes throughout the greater Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and committed to helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingHelp with mobility, transfers, and ambulationProvide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationRemind clients to take medications as directedMonitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or agency staffProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain accurate documentation of care providedFollow all care plans, safety procedures, and state regulationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCompletion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program: REQUIREDCurrent CPR certificationPrevious caregiving or home care experienceValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance may be requiredAbility to pass a background check and any other screenings required by Indiana lawStrong communication skills and a caring, professional attitudeRequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust meet all applicable Indiana state requirements for Home Health AidesAbility to work independently and follow written care plansPhysical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily care tasksWhy Join UsFlexible schedulingWeekly PaySupportive small team environmentMeaningful work that makes a difference every dayOpportunities for training and professional growthRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
