OverviewTuring is seeking Finance Professionals withPrivate Equity expertiseto help train and evaluate frontier AI systems for high-stakes investing. Your knowledge ofdeal evaluation, portfolio modeling, and exit strategieswill be critical in guiding how AI learns to handle investment decisions. This is afully remote, flexible consulting engagementwith$100/hr pay . You'll use your PE background to shape AI models that replicate the decision-making frameworks used by top funds and investors globally.No AI experience required for this role. What You'll DoAssess AI performance oninvestment memos, portfolio company analyses, and exit modeling . Evaluate how AI interpretsdistressed assets, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital cases . Build benchmarks that reflectreal-world private equity transactions . Collaborate withfellow PE professionals, quants, and AI researchers worldwide . What We're Looking For2+ yearsof Private Equity experience (deal evaluation, portfolio management, or transaction structuring). Proven expertise ininvestment modeling, valuations, and scenario analysis . Strong knowledge ofrisk assessment and capital allocation . No AI experience required Preferred: CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance. Engagement:Advisory consulting (~10–30 hrs/week) . Location:Remote — work anywhere, anytime . Duration:Initial 1-month pilot , extendable to multi-month mandates. Compensation:$100/hr consulting rate .
