Product Manager – Telecom Platform & eSIM ServicesRole OverviewThe Product Manager will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute and deliver features aligned with the defined product roadmap.This role requires strong technical understanding of telecom systems, APIs, and platform architectures. The Product Manager will translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, ensure alignment with the roadmap, and drive development execution through the software development lifecycle.This role is execution-focused, ensuring roadmap initiatives are delivered effectively rather than defining product strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Delivery and ExecutionExecute product initiatives aligned with the defined product roadmapWork closely with engineering teams to deliver roadmap features and platform improvementsEnsure development work remains aligned with roadmap priorities and business objectivesMonitor progress of product initiatives and proactively resolve blockersRequirements and DocumentationGather use cases from business, operational, and technical stakeholdersTranslate requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)Define product behavior, API specifications, workflows, and user experiencesWork with engineering teams to refine technical implementation approachesTechnical Product ManagementDevelop a strong understanding of Telna's platform architecture, APIs, and telecom infrastructureWork with developers on REST API specifications and API documentation (OpenAPI / OAS)Understand and support platform capabilities related to:Mobile connectivity services and device provisioningPlatform operations and service managementGlobal network connectivity and service deliveryCollaborate with engineering teams on system design and integration requirementsCross-Functional CoordinationWork with business teams to understand market requirements and customer needsCollaborate with operations teams to ensure product capabilities support operational workflowsAlign product development with engineering capacity and roadmap prioritiesSupport internal stakeholders with product knowledge and platform capabilitiesAgile Product DevelopmentParticipate in agile development processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature validationMaintain product documentation and feature specificationsSupport product releases and ensure successful delivery of roadmap featuresRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product ManagementStrong technical understanding of software platforms and APIsExperience working with REST APIs and API documentation (OpenAPI / OAS)Familiarity with Agile development processes and software development lifecycleAbility to translate business use cases into structured product requirementsStrong written communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentationExperience working closely with engineering teams on software productsSolid understanding of IP networking fundamentals and general network conceptsFamiliarity with eSIM products and services from an end-user perspective (for example installing and using eSIM profiles on mobile devices)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with telecommunications, connectivity platforms, or mobile network servicesUnderstanding of mobile network architecture, IP networking, or telecom interconnect technologiesFamiliarity with SIM and eSIM technologies and mobile connectivity servicesPrior hands-on experience in software development, system integration, or technical engineering rolesExperience working with API-based platforms or developer-facing productsExperience using AI tools to improve productivity, including documentation, requirements development, analysis, or technical researchInterest in exploring how AI-assisted tools can improve product management workflows and operational efficiencyLocation RequirementThis role is based in Miami, Florida.Candidates must either:Currently reside in the Miami area and commute to the office, orBe willing to relocate to MiamiWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Product Manager who:Has strong technical curiosity and learning abilityCan quickly understand complex telecom and platform systemsCommunicates effectively with both engineers and business stakeholdersWrites clear and structured product requirementsFocuses on execution and delivery aligned with the product roadmap
